Dimapur, April 5 2025 — The Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has issued a new order permitting bakeries, saloons, restaurants, and shops dealing in perishable items to open after 12:00 noon on Sundays. This directive, released in continuation of an earlier order dated 4th November 2024, comes into immediate effect and aims to serve the general public's needs more effectively. The regulation applies to all such establishments within the DMC jurisdiction.
