KOHIMA, 6th AUGUST:  A farewell programme for the outgoing Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur, Anoop Kinchi was held yesterday at the DC’s office Dimapur.  Anoop served as DC for nine months. Outgoing DC Anoop credited team work as the main driving force for the successful activities taken up in Dimapur during his tenure especially in the fight against Covid-19 pandemic. He called upon all to render the same cooperation to the new DC Dimapur stating that the pandemic is not over yet. Incoming DC Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan remarked that the outgoing DC Anoop has set a strong foundation in place for handling the present Covid-19 pandemic. He sought the same support from the people stating that Dimapur would move for a better future with their support and cooperation. Commissioner Police Dimapur Rothihu Tetseo conveyed his appreciation to the outgoing DC and assured to render full cooperation to work for the betterment of Dimapur district.
